will have to turn it up a notch

Despite training a fair bit during the week - mainly weights and spin (RPM) classes, I think I need to run more. I usually only do one run a week at the moment and I really don't think this is enough. Starting this week I will try for at least 3 runs a week. If I run about 5km each time that should be a good start.

Now... to find time to fit it in with everything else (ie. work, parenting, sleep).

Off to read up on other running blogs too for inspiration and education.
